Broiled Sage Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. dried sage
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
    6 skinless chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl.
    Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Set oven to broil.
    Spray pan with nonstick spray. Place chicken on pan.
    Broil with tops 5 to 7 inches from heat 7 minutes.
    Turn and broil 7 more minutes until juices run clear.
