Baked Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. halibut
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
garlic powder
1 c. melted oleo
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash and pat halibut dry.
Cut into 1-inch chunks.
Combine seasoned bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip each chunk into melted oleo and roll into seasoned bread crumbs.
Place each piece onto baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
