Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    small amount chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. condensed tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 8 small balls.
    Put in baking dish.
    Do not let balls touch each other.
