Flossie'S Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add rice, bouillon and chicken. Stir-fry one minute.
    Stir in water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce to medium heat.
    Cover; simmer until water is absorbed.
    Stir before serving.
