Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, cut up
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
    1 small can tomato sauce
    approximately 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place cabbage in greased baking dish or roasting pan.
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Stir rice and beef together and place mixture on top of cabbage.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine soup, tomato sauce and water and pour over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is cooked and tender.
