Holiday Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. white or dark rum
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. all fruit black cherry fruit spread
2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
2 c. finely chopped, fresh pineapple or canned, crushed pineapple, drained
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine rum, sugar and fruit spread in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking until blended.
Stir in cornstarch mixture.
Simmer, whisking 30 seconds or until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in pineapple and lime juice.
Serve warm.
