English Toffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. real butter
1 c. light brown sugar
6 to 9 oz. chocolate chips
pecans
Preparation
-
Cook butter and sugar over low heat for 20 minutes.
Pour over pecans in pan or baking dish.
Cool slightly and cover top with chocolate chips.
Allow to melt and spread evenly over top. Continue to cool until hard.
Break into pieces.
Stir while cooking. Do not grease pan.
