Bacon Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/2 purple onion
    1/2 carrot, grated
    garlic to taste, chopped fine
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    olive oil
    mushrooms, olives and chili peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Chop bacon and vegetables into small pieces.
    Cook garlic in oil on medium heat, then fry bacon in oil until soft; do not make it crispy.
    Drain excess grease and add vegetables and optional ingredients.
    Saute until half cooked.
    Add tomato sauce and simmer until vegetables are soft.
    Pour sauce over your favorite pasta. Bon appetit.
