Cranberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 c. sour cream or Cool Whip
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water.
    Add lemon juice and cranberry sauce.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Fold in sour cream or Cool Whip with pineapple.
    Chill.
    Serves 8.
