Creamy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced or 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen sliced carrots
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook carrots just until crisp-tender; drain and reserve 1/4 cup cooking juice.
    Place carrots in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and reserved cooking juice.
    Spread evenly over carrots.
    Sprinkle with cheese; top with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
