Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 Winesap apples, peeled and cut in thin slices
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
2 to 3 lemon slices
2/3 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook apples, sugar, lemon slices and orange juice until ingredients are transparent.
Add butter and vanilla.
Fill pastry shell with apple mixture and top with pastry.
Save juice from cooked mix to pour over pie after it is baked.
Cook pie at 350\u00b0 until brown.
