Hamburger Upside-Down Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 (12 oz.) can corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and salt.
Drain.
Add chili powder and catsup.
(Fix in a 10-inch skillet or corn bread will be too thick.)
Heat thoroughly.
Push hamburger back around edge of skillet.
Spread corn in middle.
Mix corn bread as directed. Pour evenly on hamburger and corn.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until corn bread is done.
Remove from oven.
Let set 5 minutes.
Turn upside down on plate.
