Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. spaghetti noodles
    1 large can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the meat with the onion and bell pepper.
    Cook the noodles only about half done.
    They should be bendable, but not soft.
    Drain the noodles and add the meat, tomato juice, salt and pepper.
    Pour the mixture into a roasting pan or large casserole. Bake, covered, for about 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Stir only 2 or 3 times during cooking.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 6 people.
