Shrimp Fettucini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. dried parsley
    3 lb. shrimp, shelled and uncooked
    1 pt. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (plain)
    2 tsp. chopped jalapeno cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and red pepper to taste
    1 lb. fettucini, cooked
    Italian bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a large pot.
    Add onions and bell pepper; cook until tender.
    Add flour.
    Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
    Add parsley and shrimp; cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Add cream, cheese, jalapeno, garlic salt and red pepper.
    Cook, covered, on low heat for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile boil fettucini. Drain.
    Add to shrimp mixture; stir until blended.
    Pour into two 9 x 13-inch casseroles.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    (Freezes well at this point.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
