Carrot Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and onion in a small bowl.
Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour over mixture.
Toss well to coat.
Chill.
