Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cane syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Boil
syrup,
sugar,
water,
vinegar
and salt without stirring until syrup tests brittle when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
Pour syrup over popped
corn.
Stir
well.
With
buttered hands, press firmly into balls.
