Salade Nicoise(Serves As Many People As You Wish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boston lettuce or substitute
    olive oil
    ripe brown olives
    black olives, rinsed
    tomatoes
    peppers (red, green and yellow)
    cucumber
    hard-boiled eggs
    canned tuna in olive oil
    anchovies (with capers preferred)
    canned shrimp, drained
Preparation
    In bowl, put in broken up lettuce.
    Then cut up all other ingredients: tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and eggs.
    Put into bowl with lettuce.
    Add broken up tuna, shrimp and anchovies decoratively on top.
    Pour oil from tuna can and anchovy cans over salad for dressing.
    Put in olives throughout salad while decorating.
    Don't forget the French bread to accompany salad.
