Bran Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Milnot
    1 c. All-Bran
    3/4 c. pecans or raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Have shortening at room temperature.
    Cream with sugar and add eggs.
    Mix milk with All-Bran.
    Mix and sift dry ingredients separately and blend.
    Add nuts and bake in a well-greased muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
