Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add ingredients mixed together well.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Serve plain or with white sauce.
    Also good with melted Velveeta cheese on top.
