Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    salt to taste
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add rice, broccoli, soup, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into buttered dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
