Brisket Sop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lemons (squeeze for juice)
2 lemon rinds
1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 onion (chopped)
brisket marinade
Preparation
-
Put brisket in hot pit, put marinade on stove and bring to boil.
Add lemon juice, rinds and sauces, tenderizer, vinegar and onion.
Boil for 10 minutes, brush on brisket while cooking.
