Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    35 Ritz crackers
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    In greased 6-cup souffle dish, combine crackers, cheese and mushrooms.
    In medium bowl with electric mixer, beat together the eggs, milk, onion, parsley and sage.
    Pour over mixture in souffle dish.
    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
