Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Measure the yeast.
Pour into a small bowl.
Measure the sugar and pour into the same bowl.
Add 1/4 cup water; let yeast bubble for a few minutes.
Measure 3/4 cup water and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add the yeast mixture to large bowl.
Measure the oil and add to yeast mixture.
Next, add salt and flour to mixture.
Use hands to form a round ball.
Let dough rest for 5 minutes.
When dough has rested for 5 minutes, press into pizza pan that has a thin coat of vegetable oil on it.
Then add sauce and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
