Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    3 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs with milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Pour over layers.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
