Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
3 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 can RoTel tomatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
seasoning to taste
garlic powder
rice
water
Preparation

Chop and dice vegetables, then saute in butter until brown. Add RoTel tomatoes and cook 15 minutes.
Add cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups.
Add water as needed.
Cook for about 10 minutes, then add shrimp.
When shrimp is done, then serve over cooked rice.
