Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green bell pepper
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
    Mix oil and cornstarch in a bowl together.
    Add the next 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Add chicken; stir until all chicken is coated.
    Cover; let set in refrigerator 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
    Heat next oil in skillet; brown chicken (take out and set aside).
    To same pan, stir-fry celery and pepper for 4 minutes, using a wooden spoon.
    Add onion; stir-fry 2 more minutes.
    Add chicken back to the stir-fried mixture; heat well.
    Serve over Rice-A-Roni, cooked according to directions on box.
