Venison Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. burger
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    5 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick cure salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    corn (cracked is best)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Shape into rolls on foil.
    Roll up and fasten shut.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, open ends and drain off liquid.
    Refrigerate or freeze in sealed plastic bag.
