Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini or yellow squash
    fresh tomato slices or 1 can tomatoes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 can cream of cheese soup
Preparation
    Arrange one row of zucchini (sliced crosswise) in an oblong casserole dish.
    Alternate rows of zucchini and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle chopped or sliced onion over the top.
    Mix 1/2 to 1 can of cream of cheese soup with about 1/4 cup of water or milk; pour mixture over the vegetables.
