Papas Con Chorizo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick chorizo sausage
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, washed (not peeled)
Preparation
    To speed up process, I always microwave the potatoes until tender and then when they cool down I cut them into bite size pieces.
    In skillet with a touch of oil, I fry up the chorizo. When the chorizo is cooked I drop in the potato pieces and salt to taste.
    Makes a great side dish.
