Country Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes (4 to 5 medium potatoes)
2 qt. chicken broth (3 chicken bouillon cubes plus 2 qt. water may be used)
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 stick butter
1 C. Half & Half
1/2 C. milk
salt to taste
dash red pepper
Preparation

Taste for seasonings.
Serve topped with chopped chives, shredded cheese or chopped red onions.
Serves 12 to 14 people.
