Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and cooked
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 can drained and rinsed peas
1 can whole black olives
2 c. fresh chopped broccoli
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. each: sliced carrots, celery and onions
salad greens
your favorite dressing
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Portion into individual bowls.
Garnish with greens. Sprinkle your favorite dressing and serve.
