Nadine'S Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream-style corn (if you use frozen, precook)
1 can lima beans (if you use frozen, precook)
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can chopped mushrooms (may omit if you wish)
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
7 oz. bag egg noodles
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and pepper.
Add chili powder and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to beef mixture.
Mix beef mixture with cooked noodles.
Pour into casserole dish and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
