Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or crushed crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut stems from mushrooms and chop. Partially hollow out bottoms.
    Cook and stir stems, onion and pepper in 3 tablespoons margarine until tender.
    Remove from heat. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, thyme, black pepper and 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms.
