Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can milk
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    7 oz. marshmallow cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar in milk; bring to boil.
    Cook 4 1/2 minutes, stirring all the time.
    Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, butter, vanilla and nuts.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour in buttered pan.
    Let cool.
