Pork Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork
    1 bunch green onions
    1 block tofu
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. miso
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut pork into thin slices and brown in hot oil.
    Cut green onions into 1-inch lengths and cook another minute.
    Cut tofu into small squares and add to meat and onions.
    Add soy sauce and sugar.
    Mix gently and let cook for a few minutes.
    Mix miso with water and let cook another few minutes.
    May thicken with a little cornstarch and water paste.
    Serve with steamed rice.
