Chicken Thighs Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs (2 lb.)
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese*
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    boiling water
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning*
Preparation
    Wash chicken thighs well.
    Dry with paper towel. In hot margarine in large skillet, saute chicken thighs, skin side down, 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Add onion and garlic. Saute, covered, 5 minutes.
