Creamy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    10 oz. frozen peas
    8 1/2 oz. can pearl onions
    1 can onion rings
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in the butter.
    Blend in the flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add cream cheese; stir until melted.
    Stir in peas and onions.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings over casserole.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes.
