Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. melted shortening
1 egg
Preparation

First mix yeast and water in large bowl until dissolved; set aside.
Second mix remaining ingredients together.
Blend the yeast mixture into these remaining ingredients.
Place by spoonfuls into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Batter will keep 1 week in refrigerator.
