Creme Filling For Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco or oleo
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat well with
    mixer.
    Makes
    enough for 4 dozen doughnuts. We cut out round
    pieces,
    omitting
    hole
    in
    center.
    Fry as usual, then using a bread
    knife,
    slice 3/4 way through horizontally.
    They freeze well.
    We touch tops in powdered sugar before serving.
