Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) cake cornbread
2 cans pintos, drained
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 lb. crisp fried bacon, crumbled
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dill pickle juice
Preparation

In a large dish crumble cornbread.
Spread beans on bread. Layer tomatoes, peppers, onions and bacon on top.
Set aside. Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice.
Blend well.
Pour over top.
Ready to eat.
