Orange Sherbet Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1 pkg. tapioca pudding (not instant)
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 small cans mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Bring 3 cups water to a boil, add pudding and jello.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Pour into 8 x 8 pan.
    Refrigerate until Jello sets, then fold in drained oranges and cool whip.
    Refrigerate overnight.
