Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 1/2 c. sifted Gold Medal self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork until well blended.
    Stir in sugar and oil; beat well.
    Add vanilla and lemon flavoring.
    Add flour.
    Drop out by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Press cookie with flat bottom glass, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Take up with spatula as soon as it gets done, or they will stick.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
