Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (beef)
    1 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, catsup and pepper.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture in an 8-inch square pan.
    Lay cheese slices on top.
    Pour remaining meat mixture over cheese.
    Top with biscuits and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 4 to 6 people.
