Beef Steak Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 beef chuck top blade steaks, boneless and cut 1 inch thick (approximately 1 1/2 lb.)*
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    water
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) bag wide noodles
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    *May use stew beef or ground chuck for beef.
