Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Melt oleo and mix with sugar until creamy.
Beat eggs and add vinegar.
Add egg mix to creamed mix.
Mix well.
Add coconut, raisins and nuts, blending well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
