Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and sugar. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Spread batter into an ungreased 9 x 9 pan. Combine brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all. (DO NOT STIR!) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with ice cream.
