Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3 celery, chopped
    1 green apple, chopped
    8 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lite salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. fruit juice (cranberry)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients.
    Put in 2 loaf pans and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Two loaves make 10 servings 245 calories.
