Special Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few drops lemon juice
    1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler; cool.
    Add pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt and lemon juice.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour in baked or crumb pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Good and quick.
