Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat over low heat until the mixture reaches the boiling point. Sprinkle top with dried parsley flakes. Serves 4.
