Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. hot milk
    2/3 c. sugar (or more)
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Turn into a greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg before baking.
